Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
The team manages post sales activity, ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently and processes run smoothly. This includes handling returns, coordinating with suppliers and distributors, managing customer queries, and supporting sales teams with order related resolutions.
What you do:
• Log and manage customer service cases
• Assist with returns, RMAs, and collections
• Communicate with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams
• Support stock checks, dispatch, and administrative tasks
• Help resolve order, delivery, and invoice queries
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was given quite a lot of responsibility as the job developed a lot during my placement, but i feel i was also taking a lot of responsibility on my own accord
