Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

My job role vaired day to day, I was responsible for a host of tasks such as helping customers with their implementation journey, driving revenue and growth for the products, making processes simpler and easier for the team, meeting with our partners and hosting meetings and calls for product development.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes, I was giver the perfect amount of responsibility enough to feel useful and that the work I was doing mattered but not too much that it was overwhelming!

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

I loved the culture at BT, it was so inclusive and welcoming everyone always had time for you to ask questions or just have a chat. The work-life balance is incredible and there is the right amount of flexibility.
