1st Cohort so it has taken some time to settle in - team is becoming more adjusted and I am getting more opportunities now

I feel heard by managers, seniors and workplace mentors - particularly after a change in our degree situation, we were heard and we were able to gain a better outcome for the apprentices

My academic mentor 5 stars. The organisation of the university across lecturers and course leaders are currently lacking. Communication isn't clear so it can be difficult to understand requirements

Current apprenticeship course - I have good skills for future managerial endeavours however currently it isn't applicable.
Newer course has more applicable theory involved in modules which should help to increase understanding further
