Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I've worked on an E-commerce website that helped parents sell, donate or swap their children's toys. I've worked both as a full stack engineer and at times doing some DevOps tasks. My role involved redesigning the website's pages according to the client's needs, developed new functionalities in back-end, created a CI/CD pipeline for quicker deployment and interacting directly with the client.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Not more than I could handle, but also enough to think that my actions matter and have consequences.
