I've deepened my expertise in design tools like Figma, learning advanced techniques for creating prototypes and journey maps. Additionally, I've gained practical experience in conducting user research, including workshops and interviews, which has sharpened my ability to gather and analyze data effectively.

During my internship, I received a great deal of support and guidance, which made a huge difference in my experience. My Trainer and mentor were always approachable and willing to help, whether I had questions about a project or needed feedback on my work.
