Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Worked in pressure systems capability, providing support to projects across site for anything related to piping or vessels. Helped update the teams own pressure systems standards and specifications for the company to use.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, I had to produce drawings for new and existing parts to be used for teams on different projects and helped update specifications and standards for piping at Sellefield.
