Overall, how would you describe your experience at Sellafield Ltd?
The HR team and graduate development team are so out of touch with graduate's requirements, degree compatibility, and what the actual training (placement assignment) provides at the end of the scheme for the graduate engineer to be independent or at least somehow prepared.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Designing was by far the best experience I've had. Having a certain degree of independence is good generally.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

Some teams were just garbage but the last two were good and outshone all the previous ones which is why the score is above 2 stars lower.

As I said, it does not prepare you at all.
How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?

The job is rather niche so I think the skills acquired here mostly apply here, unfortunately. To some other people it feels like a trap.

Some line managers were just incredible some were not present. My mentor didn't prove to be as good as that of my colleague's.

It just depends on their goals. Do they care deeply about what they worked hard to achieve for 3-5 years in Uni? If they do the answer is no then.
How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?

They never mentioned the reliability engineering role during the hiring process much less in the job description, it was desperately deceiving.
