Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My Role is transport and fulfilment, so i make sure that jobs are on time, and inform the customers when their jobs will be delivered. i am expected to know if jobs are delayed, why they are delayed and be the customers point of contact once the order is in production
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my program because i am always learning, every day poses new challenges, and i am well supported throughout the business

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

i have definitely devolved my communication skills, and i have learnt new professional skills like how to use systems like sap and excel.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

i am regularly updated by my tutor with what i have done well and need to do to improve, i also have 12 weekly reviews to understand what i am doing well and what i am struggling with
How much support do you receive from your employer?

i am supported well within my role, i have daily meetings with my line manager to see my progress, we also have a training developer who is always willing to support the apprentices and offer help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

i think i can often understand more theory behind what i am doing at work with every training session at college.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

we often have activities at work to better know our colleagues, weekly apprentice meetings are great to get to know other people who may be in similar shoes to me.

I think that there is a great team atmosphere where everyone is willing to help, there is also clear progression available as the company moves forward. sometimes the work can be challenging but there is a good support network to help you out,
