Yes, I have learned a lot of new knowledge around HR duties such as how to conduct a meeting, how to create contracts and policies and also I have learned more about data protection. I have also developed my communication and teamwork skills in this role.

Structure and Support

It is very well structured as I have set times where I can complete my college work and also get my duties at work done. I have scheduled time for each thing and feel comfortable asking for help if needed.

I receive a lot of support from my employer, I am able to complete college work when I have deadlines and can ask for feedback on my work.

I get support from my training provider through coaching and review sessions that they set up over teams every 1-2 months where I can ask any questions and see how I am progressing.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

5/5
Doing my qualification the same time as working is helping me as I can understand the background of why I have to do things in my role to support the business.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

5/5
Yes, in my organisation we have a lot of events we can go to, such as the Tees Business Awards which I attended last week. We also have a charity committee that I am a part of. We have work activities such as the Gallon walk, the races etc.
