Day-to-day consisted of presentations, informative sessions and networking opportunities.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
There was opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of two business lines. These sessions were hugely informative and allowed me to contextualise the individual divisions within Bank of America as whole.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Despite being online, the culture and values of Bank of America were conveyed with unparalleled clarity. The company culture seemed incredibly appealing and the importance of working together to provide value to clients was reiterated throughout. It was also clear of the prioritisation of ESG within the bank which resonated with me significantly.
