From a day-to-day perspective, 3 days were spent working on the service desk and learning on the job, and the other two were spent as a learning session.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My overall experience with this role was positive; it was a complete career change and was a very informative experience that led to an internal career that I love. Highly recommend

I previously had no experience with tech, and now I am in a high-paying job in the field

I would describe it as flexible; should there be an escalation or an emergency, there was room to work around it
