I was in campaigns, my day to day job consists of updating all of sales with event registrations, create sales enablement assets for use of promotion, building email and landing pages
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is a great workplace to be in, everyone welcomes you with open arms and offers you an amazing amount of support to find your feet and succeed.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Coming from 0 experience in an office environment, it's pretty easy to pick up skills. My manager made sure that I was getting the right exposure to all elements of marketing within campaigns, whilst also allowing me to spend time with the various teams within marketing to see if campaigns was right for me.

I learn on the job and through apprenticeship days; it's really good to learn and then practice those skills to make sure you fully understand.

There's activities for everyone, and a lot of EDI groups to chat in.
