we complete placement and move every 6-8 weeks, which is very beneficial to gain understanding.

Why?
Its a great place to work, with great values that are upheld at all times. The structure of the placemets are great and really benefical to someone who doesnt know which area they want to work in.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Cummins?
Reasearch the company before hand, everyone is lovely to work with and no door is closed based on where you start in the company
