I review cloud spend data of our customers and give suggestions on how they can reduce cost and save money
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme as I am surrounded by a great team who are always willing to help and it allows me to travel to new places to experience new activities with others

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt more data analysis skills and also co-operation skills for when I have to colaborate with my team to fufill a customer's requests

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very well organised with constant in person events to make sure we are meeting up and building teamworking skills and also with my apprenticeship work i have weekly set time to complete it and finish my monthly tasks.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Everyone at softcat is super supportive and always eager to help. i could ask someone in a completely different department for help and they will without a second thought
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

i receive monthly checkups and live sessions to make sure we are moving along smoohtly with also in person events to make sure we can build on our social skills
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am able to perform better in my role thanks to my training provider because it teaches me neccessary skills for the workplace and also for general everyday buisness life.

Why?
because it provides the best working enviroment i have ever seen in my life by putting it's employees first rather than working them to the bone they actually care about you and your physcially and mental health
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Softcat?
make sure to do the work provided for you because that's all that matters. because once you have completed that you can relax and socialise with coworkers
