I was learning the basics of being an administration assistant which involved learning about a lot of different software, IT skills, company police and values

I found my apprenticeship very enjoyable and it aided me in getting a full time job

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I learnt many new IT skills, my customer service skills vastly improved and my confidence in making decisions and making phone calls.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It was very clearly explained at the start the structure of the apprenticeship and it stuck closely to that structure so I knew what to expect and when

I received a lot of support with my work and personal well-being

I felt supported through the entire apprenticeship and particularly when I was approaching my end point assessment

It gave me skills within customer service and how to manage my time well when I have many tasks to do. It vastly increased my confidence in my abilities which allows me to excel in my job
