Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Responsible for delivering activities/projects on individual apprentice programme in line with assigned role.
I observe meetings, taking notes and asking questions.
I also have regular meetings with team members to allow them to share their knowledge and experience, teaching me more about the job and how to perform well within it.
I make sure I always make time to do my apprentice modules/learning as well.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love my apprenticeship/job and my team that came with it. They are always extremely supportive, helpful and kind. The apprenticeship programme I am on have been especially good at being inclusive and making sure I have/get the right support that I need.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

My existing Admin & IT skills have improved significantly since joining. I have become noticeably more confident as well. I have also learnt a lot of new technology based skills.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Planned and laid out very well. I find it easy to find where I need to go and keep up to date with what I need to do. I also get a pre-agenda before each class so that I know what will happen during the lesson.
