As a Senior Technical Consultant I am involved in Design, Implementation and Troubleshooting of wide variety of Client Systems based on multitude of different Technologies and Platforms.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme is specifically focused on improving and extending skills which are complementary to the already existing technical knowledge ultimately required for further career progression.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Definitely have. The programme structure challenges the Critical and Analytical Mindset, enforcing development of skills required to gain better understanding of the broader technological and business landscape, thus providing deeper insight and understanding of the Impact that any Technological, Design or Innovation decisions may cause.

The programme is very well structured however, there is always a room for improvement
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Softcat really lives to its name and reputation in supporting me and the programme. So far, everything I needed as support with the program was provided for. There is of course room for improvement, but that is down to my job-role day to day requirements more than the company itself.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The Training Provider support is very good and sufficient. All the training aids and materials, as well as, personalised in-person progression coaching, required for the programme are well being provided.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The participation in the program has definitely expanded and improved my skillset therefore widely improving my job performance.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
