I am a payroll coordinator and my role entails paying all staff with FCMS monthly and a weekly payroll. I also have to balance accounts to, help employees with Pensions and tax queries.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am very grateful to be have been given this opportunity to further my knowledge in my role. I have learnt the legal of payroll and can now do manual tax calculations.

The programme is very flexible and allows me the time to complete monthly payroll in my job role as well and having a workshop each month.

I have received full support from my employer they have been very accommodating to ensure i progress through programme.

The training provider are very supportive, I am able to contact them at any time for help as well as facilitate one to ones when needed.

The qualification has helped me gain confidence as well as a more in depth knowledge of the payroll process and why we have to do what we do.
