As a Learning & Development Business Partner, my role is to work collaboratively with managers, teams, and external providers to ensure staff have the skills, knowledge, and capabilities required to deliver high‑quality, safe services.
Key Responsibilities
Identifying learning and skills needs across the organisation
Coordinating and managing mandatory, clinical, and non‑clinical training
Working with internal trainers and external providers to deliver effective learning solutions
Supporting apprenticeships, student placements, and early‑career development
Building strong relationships with stakeholders, managers, and education partners
Promoting a positive learning culture and continuous professional development
Ensuring training compliance, quality, and accurate record‑keeping
Day‑to‑Day Activity
Liaising with managers, staff, trainers, and external providers
Scheduling and coordinating training and inductions
Supporting learners, apprentices, and placement students
Managing learning communications and responding to queries
Contributing to longer‑term workforce and leadership development initiatives
