As an HR Apprentice on a rotational placement, my role involves working across different HR teams, gaining exposure to a variety of functions and projects within the department. This means that my day-to-day responsibilities can vary depending on the team I am currently placed in and the priorities set by my line manager and placement objectives.

Why?
I would recommend TfL because of the strong support from managers and colleagues, who are always approachable and helpful. The teams are friendly and welcoming, making it easy to settle in and build relationships. Additionally, TfL promotes a good work-life balance, which creates a positive and healthy working environment.
