Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I create, modify, or remove access for workers within my business area. I onboard staff, speak to line managers and deal with any issues. It's very busy but very rewarding. NatWest has good rewards and benefits.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The program is extremely nice, flexible, and the modules have been created around the work I do

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am able to use Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft tools like Word and PowerPoint. I've developed my social skills, proficient, analyse ect.

It is very organised
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Support varies - I receive a lot of support from my learning provider but limited from my employer. I've had several large changes within my business area so I've also changed line manager & team.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

No issues at all - she is incredibly kind and able to support
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification is developed around my role and the two work side-by-side. It is incredibly easy for them to work together.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

A lot of networking, and social activities including sports as well. As an apprentice we have access to the apprentice council, apprentice ambassador, and several events run by business areas and the apprentices

NatWest is a great company to work for, an the apprentice program allows people like myself from low-income background to join a bank / corporate environment. I am able to work from home, improve my analysis and technical skills - as well as my social skills!
