I work in Mainframe Capacity at NatWest as an apprentice, supporting the monitoring and management of system performance and resource usage. Day to day, I help with reporting, analysis, and learning how to ensure mainframe systems run efficiently.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the apprenticeship programme as it provides structured learning, and the opportunity to develop skills while working in a real business environment.
