the programme is clear to understand how to submit your work and what work to do, I have a good trainer, however the workplace does not provide everything needed in order to complete the apprenticeship adequately

Why?
in terms of IT, it is not a very technical job, and is more like a customer service role than IT, however it is a decent foot in the door if someone is trying to get into IT
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Global Banking School?
it can provide a new experience, especially because it is very student and staff focused which employers may find useful
