The role focuses on customer service, coordination, and helping identify opportunities to deepen client relationships.

5/5
I enjoyed my apprenticeship to a great extent, as it gave me hands‑on experience and helped me build confidence while learning on the job. The support, real responsibilities, and opportunity to develop practical skills made it a rewarding experience overall. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to get involved in different employee led groups, apprentice council, apprentice ambassador etc

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learned new skills and further developed existing ones during my apprenticeship. I’ve improved my communication and customer service skills, gained a better understanding of processes and systems, and built confidence in managing responsibilities independently while working as part of a team.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
My programme is well organised and clearly structured, with a good balance between learning and practical work. The expectations are clear, support is easy to access, and regular reviews help keep progress on track while allowing time to develop skills at a comfortable pace.

4/5
I received support from my employer throughout the apprenticeship. Colleagues are approachable and always willing to help, with regular check‑ins, guidance, and feedback to support my learning and development.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I receive good support from my training provider while working towards my qualifications. They provide clear guidance, regular check‑ins, and useful resources, and they are always available to answer questions or offer support when needed, which helps me stay on track and confident in my progress.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I feel my qualification supports me well in performing my role more effectively, as it links theory directly to my day‑to‑day work. It has helped strengthen my understanding, improve my confidence, and apply best practice when dealing with customers and responsibilities.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Yes, there are several extra‑curricular activities and employee‑led networks available at work. These include social and professional groups such as Aspire, the Black Professional Network, and the Development Council, which offer opportunities for networking, personal development, and getting involved beyond day‑to‑day responsibilities.
