Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

A typical day would be doing audit testing on excel, if I where to have any questions then Id be on a call with a client to discuss this and if I had any queries about being unsure on the work I would be speaking with the senior on the job. If I where out on site, this would be similar, but it would be more client communication focused.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The diversity in clients and tasks makes me enjoy it – I feel I am always learning about different ways in which businesses work and how they account for different areas of their financial statements. Also, the qualification I am studying towards is great

Communication with both internal and external stakeholders has been a great soft skill I have been able to develop.

There are great support platforms which are readily available, which gives a clear outline of your pathway and contacts of anyone you need to speak to if you need any assistance in this.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots of support both locally and centrally - early career teams dedicated to it aswell as line managers and colleagues who are there to support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Receive a lot of support from all of the tutors who show a genuine interest in you thriving in your qualification.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualifications are directly correlated to work - I feel as my client work progresses so does my exam work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes there are sports and social committee's which anyone can join to organise a range of activities which brings great time morale – from Padel to Lazerquest to trampolining to football - the list goes on !
