I enjoy the people I work with and the university course.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed a lot of new skills via the university course and have really improved my confidence when it comes to communicating with new people.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The actual university course is very structured. However due to a restructure the programme has some gaps in it due to a lot of personnel movement between teams.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support from RGU is fantastic. They are really helpful and supportive.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
