Great team that helps me improve and mangers that understand and help me achieve the goals that I want. However, your learning and improving is often done by you as an individual and up until I started I still didn't realise how much you have to take the learning into your own hands. Essential that you are getting involved with you team and trying your best to reach out and pick up tasks as much as possible.
