I have developed on my javascript and I have been taught type script and playwright which has helped me within my job role

We are giving a schedule at the start of the year to understand when we have lessons and what the curriculum is and how we can work on improving our skills out of hours
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel as though they are very understanding and allow us dedicated time whilst teaching you some things but I feel as though they expect a lot more independence from you
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They are very positive and try to push what we can achieve and to make sure we are on track and doing everything right even when we might be a bit behind.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It gives me a better insight into what we should expect from the job like acronyms and different languages we will use

I feel as though Lloyds don’t advertise many events within the company. but team events occur every now and then and they make sure everyone gets involved

It is a very professional company to work for and it is a lot of fun, as well as the experience side and the friendly side of things.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lloyds Banking Group?
I would say to be keen and to take every opportunity possible whether that’s volunteering for something or been shown how some interfaces work.
