Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
I manage my own portfolio of recruitment campaigns within Data and Analytics teams, working closely with hiring managers, HR, and external stakeholders to deliver a positive candidate experience. This involves sourcing, assessing, and guiding candidates through the process, ensuring alignment with strategic business needs.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I really enjoy my programme because it has been a supportive and empowering experience, especially as someone with ADHD. The course itself, focused on the fundamentals of recruitment, aligns well with my interests and goals. What truly makes a difference is the support from AXA and my training provider, Juice, which has been instrumental in helping me manage my ADHD while progressing. From day one, my line manager and colleagues encouraged me and offered flexible time away from my role, ensuring I could focus on my apprenticeship without added stress. Juice also provided tailored support, regular check-ins, and flexible pacing, giving me the confidence to stay organised and motivated.

The course has provided me with a solid understanding of the fundamentals of recruitment, helping me to identify and attract top talent more effectively. Additionally, I’ve improved my organisational and prioritisation skills, especially with the support tailored to my ADHD, which has boosted my confidence in managing workload and deadlines. The experience has also enhanced my communication skills, as I’ve learned to collaborate more effectively with colleagues and my tutor. Overall, this apprenticeship was a valuable opportunity for personal and professional growth, equipping me with skills that I can apply confidently in my role and future career.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very well organised and structured, which has made it easier for me to follow and stay on track. The flexible pacing and regular check-ins provided by Juice allow me to balance my apprenticeship with other responsibilities effectively. Overall, the programme’s organisation and structure have played a significant role in my positive learning experience.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I received a considerable amount of support from my employer, which has made a significant difference to my apprenticeship experience. My line manager regularly checked in with me during one-to-one meetings to see how I was progressing and offered guidance and encouragement. They also attended meetings with my training provider to ensure I was receiving the right support and that my workload was manageable. Additionally, AXA was flexible with my working hours and provided dedicated time away from my usual duties to focus on my apprenticeship. Overall, the support from my employer has been consistent, understanding, and tailored to my needs, which has helped me stay motivated and confident throughout the programme.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I received a good level of support from my training provider, Juice, which was very helpful throughout my apprenticeship. They offered regular check-ins to monitor my progress and ensure I was on track with my assignments and online learning. Whenever I needed additional tools or support, they were quick to provide it, helping me feel confident and capable in my studies. The tutors were understanding and approachable, always willing to help if I had questions or faced challenges. This ongoing support made a significant difference in helping me stay organised and motivated, and I felt well-supported as I worked towards my qualifications.
