My Job is very interesting and deals in the intelligence behind fraud in insurance, it is very diverse and I deal With different things everyday,
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love the apprenticeship I am on. It is very thorough and as an older learner they ensure everyone understands on the cohort before continuing.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt lots of new skills, and I have been able to develop old skills that I have learnt from the past. The new skills and techniques I have learnt have been very valuable within my role.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I knew from the moment what modules would be covered and when these would be. When it has come to EPA we have structured dates and we have been advised throughout what was happening.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support from my employer has been amazing they have been so accommodating in relation to the OTJ hours I have to complete.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider has been incredible, I lost my mum at Christmas and they have been so supportive. and have helped me not to fall behind, they have adjusted a few deadlines and have been there whenever I have had any issues.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I do not feel I would have got the promotion I have had I not completed this qualification. It has been very helpful with my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
