Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Opening customer accounts using SAP and generating reports using PowerBI. Also optimised the processing of customer data by programming Excel sheets using VBA

Due to being based in a separate location to the rest of my team, the placement involved heavy self-management and time-management and hence a lot of responsibility in organising my day-to-day routine
