Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

4/5
My role on a day-to-day basis consists of general legal support for the business, whether that may consist of contract reviews for projects we are entering into, nda reviews, IP queries and any legal questions/support the business need.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

4/5
It is a great mix of a work/life balance with my apprenticeship and the company I work at, letting me gain real-world on-the-job experience, whilst earning a competitive salary and still having time to enjoy my life outside of work and studying to do the things I want to do at my age.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

4/5
I have learnt a mixture of soft skills and hard skills during my apprenticeship so far, whether that is presenting, legal research etc.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

4/5
My programme is well structured with very clear timelines and a very clear progression route.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

4/5
I received a plethora of support from my employer with anything that I needed along the way.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

4/5
I received a great amount of support from my training provider when working towards my qualifications with all the resources they provided to us throughout the apprenticeship.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

3/5
I feel that there are a lot of soft skills through my training provider that can help me in my role, but not much content is applicable.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

3/5
Not much, apart from networking events at law firms occasionally, however, the opportunities are there.
