Yes

Why?

I feel as though I am supported as an apprentice and also encouraged to apply for a full- time role after my apprenticeship is completed. I think working for City of Lincoln Council is an excellent opportunity for career development.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to City of Lincoln Council?

I would say try your best, develop your skills within a different role previously for extra experience, e.g. hospitality, so you have extra work experience behind your back as the Council involves a lot of communication with the public.
