Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Day-to-day I balance BAU (business as usual) work and project tasks. My BAU work consists of mainly fleet admin, where I am ensuring that our fleet management provider are keeping up to date on repairs, movements and other activities. I also resolve general queries and aid with vehicle builds. I liaise with our suppliers and stakeholders on a daily basis, ensuring that our fleet is being as efficient as it can be for the function of National Gas Transmission and National Gas Services. I spend on average 10 hours a week on tasks for my project. This consists of hosting project meetings, communication with stakeholders, reviewing the scope and budget of the project and finding solutions to any risks and issues.
