Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Various skills session, talks, networking sessions and fun activities as well as preparation for assessment centre.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Very insightful, definitely got a lot more insight than would be able to otherwise. Have a deep understanding of what like looks like within an investment bank and on the trading floor.

Amplify trading simulation definitely helped develop trading skills. Learnt a lot about markets and securities, the various products, desks and Citi in general.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Company culture seemed really great, employees seem to genuinely enjoy working at Citi. Everyone was very friendly and willing to answer questions. Was really impressed at the longevity of careers within the bank which speaks for the company culture.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
Really enjoyed it. Would have liked if there had been a bit more networking sessions or sessions where we were split into small groups and got to ask questions but other than that definitely enjoyed it.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Citi
Make sure to prepare well for the interview. Prepare competencies based around Citi's values. Know what's going on at Citi, whether they're in the news etc. Know your CV well. Prepare all motivational type questions.
