Each day we have skill building sessions and learnt about NatWest as a bank, it’s culture and specifics about the area we applied for.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was eye-opening to understand the different roles available within Commercial Banking. It helped me identify the future path I would like to take and what areas I would need to focus on

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very positive and friendly, everyone who joined the insight week was very engaged and more than willing to help our understanding of the business and business area. They encouraged our involvement and made me feel very welcome.

Make sure to research the specific area you would like to apply for as from the insight week I learnt I would be more suited elsewhere however the assessment centre for future involvement is in the area you apply for.
