My day-to-day role involved providing first-line customer support and maintaining technical solutions.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme due to the real-world experience, and the criteria of the apprenticeship is amazing; it includes everything we need to know for basic knowledge of the technical world.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills, technical and non-technical, and earned many new certifications throughout my apprenticeship.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My program is very organised and structured. We track off-the-job hours efficiently, and we also have bootcamp weeks for training.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer is very supportive of all aspects, whether that is on the job, working or even if I am off the job, working on apprenticeship coursework or earning certifications.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have a lot of support in pursuing my qualifications; they have always been there to help and guide me.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me remember that I have learned all the skills that are needed to start in the world of Tech.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are a few company socials and networking events throughout the apprenticeship, and we have apprentice quarterly meetings, which is good, as it shows us what is planned and coming soon, what we have accomplished, and provides an opportunity to network with the other apprentices.
