leant about NatWest's core values, learnt about the importance of soft skills such as confidence building. Leant about inclusivity and diversity at NatWest and worked in groups to create a presentation on this. Learnt about networking and had the opportunity to learn about what Natwest markets involves and speak to people in the field and ask questions
