Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The insight week of Change and Business Solutions in Natwest was really interesting and I have learnt a lot of things concerning the company it self as well as its diversity and inclusion culture inside the company and an insight to the change and business solutions field.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was really interesting to discover how is a real daily life in Natwest by hearing experiences from former Natwest interns. It was also very useful to me to take part in the insight task so I could have a deeper understanding of diversity and inclusion in Natwest and it also let me to use the skills(especially presentation and teamwork) which has been strengthened during the skill sessions.

During the skills sessions, I have developed my presentation and networking skills. Moreover, by practicing with other teammates in break out rooms , I have also learnt a lot a well from others.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The general atmosphere during the insight week was very welcoming and friendly. Every one were really helpful when we have any either technical or personal issues. The company really made an effort on developing diversity and inclusion which is essential in workplace. It also focus on self development and self confidence of each of the person as well as their wellbeing and their personal experience.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
The whole insight week was very intense and rewarding as I discover and learn new things continuously. But at the same time it wasn't stressful at all as I am always assured constantly by all the people who host and participate this insight. To conclude, I have really enjoyed it and I really appreciate this unique opportunity which broadened my horizons.

I would absolutely encouraged them to apply as it is definitely worth it to participate. Maybe I will recommend them to prepare and do some research of the field that they would like to apply in order to have some insight about what they are going to do doing their week.
