Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am currently working as an assistant management accountant at ANS which is mainly working on month end processes. This includes looking at revenue and costs of ANS and also doing commission work.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have been at ANS since 2020 and worked up from Level 3 AAT to where i currently am doing ACCA. During this time i have grown with the company and progressed to different teams where i have been able to keep learning.

I have learnt and developed many skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork and problem solving and many more

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised as i have a timetable provided which helps me plane for the year and an EPA agreed to be working to complete my apprenticeship
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot of support as i am given as much time off as needed to pass my exams. I
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I am booked in to attend revision and tuition classes whilst also being given mock exams which are marked and sent back with feedback.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

As i am doing finance multiple parts of my job interlink with my apprenticeship and i am also able to have a deeper understanding of parts i am unsure about.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Multiple such as hikes set up, gym at work, multiple social events during the year
