Skills sessions to improve competencies in the workplace, wealth/coutts specific panel talks, Q&A's, networking sessions, team challenge
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Honestly I found it very inspiring as it opened my eyes to so may opportunities within the bank as well as the ability to move around. The people I spoke to in Coutts were truly passionate about their jobs, and described how the graduate programmes allow you to fully understand the areas of the business before you choose to specialise.

Developed confidence, presenting and networking skills.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
So lovely and welcoming, honestly NatWest seems like such a lovely place to work. Supporting colleagues is engrained in the business vision, and as a women i feel so encouraged by the efforts the bank is taking to improve gender balance

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
Very much, I feel a lot more confident and inspired about starting my career. Particularly as a woman, I also feel more included in the world of banking and now believe it is a much more realistic career route for me.
