Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

Four days of workshops and sessions which focused mainly on Natwest as an employer, how to gain a spot on their internship and working on our employability skills. All took part on zoom with a range of staff from Natwest.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It was great to learn about the wide range of roles within Natwest and that for my specific area Data and Analytics the large amount of roles and vacancies available.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Amy who hosted the insight week set the bar high with her bubbly personality. All the other staff we met were also very welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

I really enjoyed the insight week and I could now see myself having an enjoyable role at Natwest in the future. Even if I don't go on to work at Natwest I have still taken a lot from this week.
