The learning is fully integrated in the job on a day to day standard. The job itself offers the ability to put the new skills to good use and overall has been helpful in the completion of the apprenticeship
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Although it was very challenging I have thoroughly enjoyed the course and am a far better manager having done it, lots of transferable skills and a joy to do

The manager I was to the manager I am now is night and day apart, every aspect of managing a business is covered with plenty of practical application

There is not, this is the main downside, everything course related is good but team events and outside of work is almost non existent

Yes
Why?
Because no matter who you are the only limitation you will ever face will be based on how hard you are willing to work. If you work hard and learn fast anybody can become a manager and develop further like me
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to McDonald's?
Be yourself, make it known what you bring to the team and don't try and be the person you think we are looking for. Everybody's different strengths is what makes us a diverse and effective management team
