The role is bad, too much intensity and control, it is not worth the pay.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I did not enjoy a single thing, it is exhausting and too much is expected from you working hand in hand with this demanding customer service role which is advertised different to what it is just to drawn people in. We were very overworked and fatigued that we could not study or even had time to study as our days were taken away from us and the content is just so much.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Not really anything that will help outside of my role, in fact its very difficult to change and move departments as there is nothing attractive or applicable my current job will give to other roles.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Our training provider mentor left and did not tell us so we had nobody for a couple months and they dont actually do anything as you teach and support yourself with the content.

we get the mandatory study days and even those get taken away from us at times.

we had nobody for month and honestly you don't really need them, you support yourself.
