Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

5/5
1 day a week I solely focus on my apprenticeship and work from home. The other 4 days I am in office helping with the recruitment of managerial positions and supporting the recruitment process of new opening clubs.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

5/5
I like my apprenticeship it took some adjusting but is nice to switch up my place of work and have a day to learn and take a step back.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

5/5
I have learnt a lot about recruitment and the inner workings of the company and expanded my knowledge hugely.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

4/5
It can be confusing to learn the structure of my apprenticeship as they use 2 different websites and lots of sub links but once I completed the first module, I knew what I was doing and it is very easy to self learn.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

4/5
The course I am following is very much self learning, but my employer is super helpful and got me more support with my apprenticeship when she could see i needed it and has taught me everything i need to know to complete my learning.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

3/5
I do receive support if I need it but it is a lot of self learning and joining webinars. More support in the beginning would have been really helpful.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

3/5
It helps me understand the outer workings of the recruitment that is happening around me and has helped me with my work in some areas such a communication.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

5/5
There is so much to get involved at in David Lloyd, lots of charity's and causes to join.
