Ensuring that our member database works smoothly, keeping our records up to date, auditing and processing data. We ensure all of our members accounts are up to date with the relevant information, from paid off fees to cancellations.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have thoroughly enjoyed my programme, I have been fully supported within my job role as well as my apprenticeship, I have been given all relevant information to progress within my role.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed communication skills, computer skills such as as excel and data sorting. I ahve developed my time management skills, my multitasking skills and attention to detail by being taught how to manage these in more efficient ways.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think my programme is very well structured, i am given a timeline on how my apprenticeship will go to ensure i am on track, the modules make sure to be relevant to my role and to my project.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer has supported me the whole way through my apprenticeship, keeping up to date with what i am doing and ensuring that i am still on track and providing support when i need any help, giving resources and chasing relevant people to ensure i can provide the best work possible.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I see my training provider every month where she teaches me new modules within my apprenticeship, she is always available when i need any help or support and swill always ensures I have the relevant resources.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I believe learning about my role while actively doing it has helped me to understand situations, roles and how they work more, improving my overall understanding of my job.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Our team is involved in all sorts of social activities, we have multiple 'We Play' days a year, ensuring to keep our team as close as possible and building our relationships, we all engage in group sports due to having our gym on site.

I would definitely recommend Working for David Lloyd because i have never felt so in place within a team, I was brought into the team with open arms and met with the kindest and most understanding people. Our facilities and benefits are a massive bonus but our community is what makes work so enjoyable.
