Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

5/5
On a day-to-day basis I update daily reports for stakeholders in Audi UK. I develop dashboards and cater it to templates used with the business and the needs of colleagues to get that data out there.
Projects are assigned and developed over time to enhance analysis for the business.
After developing that data, it is then analysed upon to lead businesses decisions.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

5/5
I enjoy the program greatly. Earning whilst learning with portfolio work is far easier than the route of University. I began my role in 2024 doing Level 3 Data Technician for 2 years. Loved what I was doing where I continued in the same business and position doing a Level 4 Data Analysis due to end in 2027

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

5/5
Many skills have been learnt. Coming into the business knowing nothing, feels as though everything I now do has been learnt. From ways on analysing data, developing reports to learning new applications. All with support from the business and apprenticeship provider.
Excel, Power BI, Access Database, Power Automate, PowerPoint.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

5/5
The apprenticeship program is structured well. When meeting out 20% OTJ I spend the whole WFH Friday doing my work needed to meet our K,S,B's, due to the office building being closed on a Friday.
At the start of the apprenticeship you receive your month by month plan. This goes through the place at which you can follow if your unsure where to start. Each month you have a scheduled 121 with you, your coach and line manager to get up to speed on both the business and apprenticeship perspectives and have any insights on support that can be offered.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

5/5
My employer has provided all resources and applications I need to complete the apprenticeship. With my line manager we agree on a weekly meeting to go through any support or work distribution during the peak months to ensure I am able to add to the apprenticeship.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

5/5
I receive support during all days of the week even though I do my apprenticeship on a Friday. I'm not limited to that time to get help or feedback from my coach

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

5/5
Starting on the Level 3 moving onto the Level 4. I can clearly see the development made as I have an abundance of knowledge that I carry through the business. It's made me perform effectively and efficiently as I have found ways to make some of my reporting automated, getting business decisions out there quicker than ever.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

5/5
I am involved in something called Inspire. This is our educational workstream where we attend schools of various ages I've. Primary - secondary - college/a level - higher education.
We promote the automotive industry as a diverse place to work with the many different job roles you can go into, as well as promote special event days such as world earth day to primary school workstream. Going through the need of going green and how we as a business achieve our promises
