Overall, how would you describe your experience at Volkswagen Group UK?
The graduate scheme was really varied which gave me a lot of exposure across departments as well as to more senior stakeholders. In addition to my core deliverables, I had the opportunity to get involved in graduate projects designed to introduce us to completely new parts of the business and offer fresh perspectives.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Audi Product Support - hands-on involvement in product lifecycles, from launch to price management. System focus with opportunity to explore market trends and offer insight.
Customer Service Centre Development - Stakeholder management and process development.
Sales Operations - Network support, lead management, performance reporting
