Managing stakeholder relationships both internal and external. Ensuring that contract value is being received from software provider and maintaining a healthy relationship with potentially scope for reciprocal trade. Analysing service data to ensure that services provided are meeting the SLA's set out in the contract.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

4/5
I enjoy both sides of the programme, learning from incredible mentors with successful and insightful careers. The studying side of the programme is a nice break from the work place and reinforces theory that is used in day to day business oeprations.

Public speaking, and the prioritisation of tasks. It is an important skill to be able to conduct a presentation for senior management which is something I have fostered in this role. Furthermore, it has been vital I have learnt to balance education and work.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

5/5
The programme is extremely well organised and structured, allowing enough time to study and complete assignments but not fall behind in the work place.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

4/5
The support received from employer is good, however it is sometimes left for you to be proactive and initiate conversations when needing more support.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

4/5
Support from training provider is great with regular skills coach checkins and communication from library help team.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

4/5
I have learnt new theory and language that has helped me put ideas forward around management and organisation.
