Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
It involved various tasks including research, attendance notes and proof reading. It was incredibly interesting and you are paired with a supervisor and a buddy to assign you tasks and assist you throughout the scheme.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
There were plenty of presentations which talked us through the different departments and an overview of the firm. There were also many opportunities to network and talk to people in different departments to gain a deeper understanding of the business and roles.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
I have developed many skills, varying from technical to soft skills. For example, I was able to be involved real-life cases and learn about the different tasks that are carried out. I learnt technical terms and how to carry out these different tasks, which I never knew how to do before.

The company culture is great. Everyone is open to talk and share their experiences and it never felt daunting or isolating. It was incredibly enjoyable and inclusive.
